Yes, state law requires this.
We recommend shipping your club shipments to an address where an adult will be available to sign for the package, as all alcohol shipments require the signature of someone 21 years or older.
You can also choose to ship your club orders to a UPS Access Point. They will accept and sign for your delivery and hold it for 7 days. This allows you to pick up your package during their hours and days of business.
Choose an Access Point when you receive the Update Information email prior to the next club shipment. Under Delivery Info, click the more options button (blue button with three dots). Then click Add UPS Access Point. Choose the most convenient access point, then click Ship Here.
After one missed delivery attempt, UPS will redirect the shipment to a nearby UPS Access Point. The package is held at the Access Point for up to 7 days at no charge. If it isn't picked up within that window, it will be returned.
You can have your order shipped to you again. You will be responsible for the return and reshipping costs.

Yes, if you have a specific arrival period in mind, or will be away at the time the release is set to ship, you can request delayed shipping. When you receive the customize / update information email prior to the release, click Customize Order. Under the shipping details, click Request Delayed Shipping and select the date you would like the order to ship out. This is the day it will ship, not the day it will arrive.
Contact customerservice@vinoshipper.com if you need help with the delay or have any questions.
